I'm sure you're all aware that this week concludes with our two biggest shopping days of the year, Black Friday (Nov 23rd) and Small Business Saturday (Nov 24). While Black Friday is a long standing shopping-extravaganza, we think the younger Small Business Saturday is equally as important.
Are you familiar with Small Business Saturday? if not, here's a (very) brief history. In the words of the creators, "First there was Black Friday, then Cyber Monday. November 27, 2010 was the first ever Small Business Saturday. Small Business Saturday is the day we celebrate the Shop Small movement to drive shoppers to local merchants across the U.S."
As a small business, we are so grateful that American Express took a leap of faith and got the ball rolling on this event. For one whole day, it shines the spotlight on your local small businesses, who always need the support.
We'll be open Black Friday (Nov 23rd) from 8am until 6pm, and Small Business Saturday (Nov 24th) from 10am until 6pm. We hope you'll stop by and take advantage of the deals we will be running. We have a slew of special running for both days! Here's the run down:
Small Business Saturday is a great idea...
