Sweet & Easy Vegan

I realize that my last post was about our cookbooks, but I have to give a special shout out to this one (that mr. UPS delivered about 3 hours ago).


Looking through this book makes me instantly crave dessert. This is going to be a must-have addition to my cookbook collection...and I'm not even vegan!
